We’re excited to share our latest restaurant collab with Salt Harvest, a beautiful new spot inside Hotel Populus in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square.
Led by Executive Chef Conny Andersson, Salt Harvest offers a hearth-driven menu that highlights the incredible ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. The team focuses on hyperlocal sourcing from small farms across Washington and Oregon—something we care deeply about too.
We created a custom collection of black and white ceramic wares for the restaurant: plates, bowls, serving pieces, and more. Seeing our work in a space this intentional and creative means so much to us.
Collaborating with restaurants is one of our favorite parts of what we do. We’re so proud to be a small part of Salt Harvest’s story.
