Meet the Lineup: Every Plate We Make

From everyday dinners to special gatherings, we believe the right plate can elevate a meal and bring beauty to the table. Every Wolf Ceramics plate is hand-thrown in our Hood River studio with care, intention, and a deep appreciation for the rituals of sharing food. Whether you’re building your first set or adding to your collection, here’s a closer look at each piece in our plate family.

Portland Dinner Plate

Our most popular everyday dinner plate — and for good reason. The Portland Dinner Plate is classic, timeless, and elegant. Designed with balance and simplicity in mind, it’s the kind of plate that feels at home in any setting, from weeknight pasta to holiday feasts.

Portland Salad Plate

Slightly smaller but every bit as versatile, the  Portland Salad Plate is one of our go-to pieces for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner. Perfect for toast and eggs, a slice of pie, or that afternoon snack you want to enjoy just a little more slowly.

Kanas City Dinner Plate

The KC Dinner Plate offers a contemporary take on classic dinnerware. Originally designed for Hotel Kansas City, this plate is made for those who love to load up their plate — or for anyone who prefers a little extra edge to keep sauces in place. It’s both functional and striking, equally at home serving a full meal or a spread of shared dishes. Note: This plate is only available as made-to-order.

Kanas City Salad Plate

The KC Salad Plate (8” wide) is every bit as practical as its larger counterpart. We love it for smaller meals, salads, or even as a children’s plate. The subtle curve makes it easy to scoop to the edge — a small detail that makes a big difference in daily use.

The Kansa City Platter

Every kitchen needs a good Platter. Just shy of 12” in diameter, ours is the perfect canvas for appetizers, roasted veggies, or an array of homemade sushi rolls. It’s generous, graceful, and ready for any feast.

Bonus: The Hummus Bowl

We know — it’s technically a bowl. But with its wide, flat shape and gently curved sides, the Hummus Bowl lands somewhere between a plate and a bowl (a “bowl-plate,” if you will). Ideal for serving dips, grain salads, or composed dishes that need just a bit of depth.
